Maxwell Bond have partnered with an organisation in the financial services sector who are looking for a Head of Delivery to join their team. This role sits at the heart of product led delivery, owning pace, clarity and accountability across multiple cross-functional products.
What You’ll Do as Head of Delivery:
- Oversee and manage the delivery across all products, ensuring priorities are clear, sequenced and outcome-focused.
- Maintain visibility of progress, dependencies and delivery risk, intervening early to keep teams on track.
- Remove blockers, resolve cross-mission dependencies and challenge slow decision-making to drive momentum.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience owning delivery across multiple product, engineering or delivery teams.
- Strong product and delivery mindset, with a clear bias for action and impact.
- Confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders in fast-paced, outcome-led environments.
