Junior Account Manager

Location: Central Manchester

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 (DOE) + Bonuses

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll join a growing account management and sales team, supporting a portfolio of global clients. You’ll be learning how to manage relationships, spot opportunities, and deliver value—building the foundations for a successful career in account management.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Support the management and development of client accounts
  • Build strong relationships and act as a key point of contact for client queries
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to grow client accounts
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Monitor client satisfaction and help resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Prepare reports and updates for clients and internal stakeholders

About You:

  • Some experience in account management, customer service, sales support, or a similar client-facing role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Passionate and eager to learn, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Multilingual skills are a huge plus, particularly when supporting international clients
