Junior Software Engineer

(Full Stack .NET, Azure, AI)

Fully Remote (UK Based)

Up to £40,000 + Excellent Career Progression

Looking for your next step into Software Engineering?

Whether you're a recent graduate, part-time coder or have gained some commercial experience, this is an opportunity to join an established software consultancy that's built a reputation for developing junior engineers into senior technical leaders.

You'll join a business where progression isn't just talked about, it's proven. Many of the company's Architects, Technical Leads and senior consultants started in junior positions and have grown their careers internally. They're now expanding their engineering team again, looking for people with the curiosity, attitude and ambition to follow the same path.

What You'll be Doing:

You'll begin by supporting multiple engineering teams, learning how large-scale cloud applications operate while solving real customer challenges. Rather than simply fixing bugs, you'll focus on understanding how problems occur and building automation and AI workflows to prevent them happening again. As this progresses, you'll be moving into more client-facing engineering and consultancy work.

What They're Looking For:

They're looking for people with strong technical foundations, genuine curiosity and the desire to become exceptional engineers.

You'll ideally have:

  • A Computer Science background (degree not essential)
  • Exposure to C#/.NET development
  • Some knowledge of Azure or cloud technologies
  • An understanding of DevOps principles
  • Experience building personal, university or hobby projects
  • A willingness to learn across the full technology stack
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with others

They're particularly interested in candidates who enjoy building things outside of work or university and can demonstrate a passion for software engineering.

What's in it for you?

  • Fully remote working
  • Salary up to £40,000 + Great Benefits including: Private Healthcare, 25days annual leave increasing each year, Learning Budgets, Home office budgets, and much more
  • Outstanding career progression with a clear route into Software Engineering, Consultancy and Architecture
  • Learn from experienced technical leaders in a collaborative culture that invests heavily in developing junior talent

If you're looking for a company that will invest in your development and help build a long-term engineering career, this is an opportunity not to miss.
