I’ve been working with this client for a number of years across their European hubs, and they have recently opened a new Tech function in Coimbra. They have grown from 0–200 tech and engineering staff in a short period of time, and due to this growth, are looking for MULTIPLE Tech Leads to drive major product development projects across squads.
As their Lead Engineer, you will work closely with the wider product, engineering, and architecture teams to develop scalable, cloud-native applications and platforms used globally.
Key Responsibilities as their Lead .NET Engineer:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture
- Apply hands-on .NET expertise to solve complex engineering challenges and guide architecture and processes
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Architecture teams on major initiatives
- Champion code quality, clean code, and scalable, maintainable solutions
- Design and build solutions using Azure serverless and platform services: Functions, Logic Apps, App Service, Service Bus, Key Vault, Storage, ARM templates, and API Management
- Drive automation, DevOps best practices, and continuous improvement
