QA Engineer
(Selenium Webdriver, Java/Maven)

We're looking for a QA Engineer to join a fast-growing, well-funded InsurTech scale-up that is transforming how major insurance carriers modernise their digital platforms.
You’ll be embedded within a cross-functional product squad, contributing to both manual and automation testing, working closely with Engineers, Product Managers, and DevOps to ensure their enterprise cloud-native platform performs flawlessly across complex integrations and high-traffic environments.
What you'll be doing:
- Executing structured manual QA testing using best practices
- Building and maintaining automation tests using Java/Maven and/or TypeScript with Selenium and BrowserStack
- Contributing to and enhancing existing Selenium-based automation frameworks
- Testing REST APIs using Postman
- Writing and supporting BDD-style test scenarios
- Managing test cases and reporting in TestRail
- Logging and tracking defects in JIRA, collaborating via Confluence
- Supporting secure delivery practices within Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Using Git / Git Bash / GitHub for version control
- Working with IntelliJ or Eclipse
