Reporting Analyst | Qlik | Power BI | SQL | Outside IR35
? Manchester (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

? Up to £400 per day (Outside IR35)
We're partnering with an established UK financial services organisation looking for an experienced Reporting Analyst to join their team, supporting the development and improvement of business reporting and data analysis.
As a Reporting Analyst, you will:
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using Qlik and Power BI
• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate these into effective reporting solutions
• Use Qlik scripting and data modelling to develop and improve reporting
• Extract, analyse and validate data using SQL and database technologies
• Identify trends, patterns and insights to support business decision-making
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across reporting systems
• Improve existing reporting processes and support automation initiatives
• Work closely with the wider Data, MI and Data Warehouse teams
We're looking for a Reporting Analyst with:
• Proven commercial experience as a Reporting Analyst or similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with Qlik and Power BI
• Experience with Qlik scripting, data modelling and dashboard development
• Good working knowledge of SQL and database management
• Experience with data quality, validation and data governance
• Understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence tools
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• The ability to communicate complex data and insights clearly to stakeholders
• Experience with Snowflake, ETL tools (Fivetran, dbt, etc) or Python would be advantageous
