Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst looking to take ownership of complex transformation projects and play a key role in shaping the future of a growing technology function?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Financial Services organisation that is investing heavily in technology and business transformation. As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll work across a range of high-impact initiatives, partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver innovative technical and operational solutions while helping to raise the standard of Business Analysis across the team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on technically complex projects, has strong experience with APIs, data, and systems integration, and is confident influencing stakeholders at all levels.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead business-critical transformation projects across technology and business operations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
- Support major systems implementations, third-party integrations and business change initiatives.
- Produce high-quality requirements, process maps, technical documentation and "as-is" / "to-be" models.
- Collaborate with development teams to shape solution design and ensure successful delivery.
- Analyse data using SQL and Excel to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Mentor and support other Business Analysts, helping to drive best practice across the function.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering end-to-end software and technology projects.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, systems integration and data, with the ability to work closely alongside development teams.
- Experience producing technical documentation, process models and business requirements for complex change initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge, influence and communicate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience within insurance, financial services or another regulated environment would be highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of SQL, Agile delivery methodologies and Business Analysis best practices.
