Software Engineering Technical Lead (.NET / Azure)

Salary: €66,000 - €78,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Portugal – Remote (1x per month in Coimbra)

Maxwell Bond have partnered with one of Europe's leading online brands who are looking for a Software Engineering Technical Lead as they expand their engineering hub in Coimbra.

They're looking for someone who can take ownership of key products and lead a team delivering scalable, high-impact solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who not only thrives technically but also enjoys engaging with stakeholders, driving conversations, and taking real ownership of software products.

What you'll do as Software Engineering Technical Lead:

Take full ownership of software products, driving architecture, delivery and quality.
Lead a team of engineers, whilst remaining hands-on with .Net & Azure development.
Design and build cloud-native solutions using Azure, working closely with department heads and stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

7+ years' experience working as a software developer, with strong expertise in .Net.
Proven experience working with Azure, primarily Azure functions with an understanding of architecture and best practices.
Confident communicator who can engage stakeholders and explain technical concepts clearly.
