The Role

You will join a small team set up to operate as a startup for the wider group to focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence initiatives. You will be involved in designing and building the front-end applications for their users to interact with their Machine Learning and Large Language Model systems. It’s a great opportunity to get exposure to cutting edge AI and ML technology.

This is an opportunity to take on real ownership - ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and writing high-quality code.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain modern frontend applications using React
  • Help influence frontend architecture and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features
  • Improve performance, scalability, and user experience
  • Take on mentorship responsibilities as the team grows

You will need the following:

  • Strong experience with React and modern TypeScript
  • Solid understanding of frontend fundamentals and architecture
  • Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, high-quality code
  • Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in product-led or startup environments
  • Exposure to performance optimisation or complex UI challenges
  • Interest in emerging technologies (e.g. AI-assisted development)
