We’re working with a successful technology business in Liverpool that continues to grow year on year. They’re now building a brand new engineering team to develop new customer-facing products from the ground up.
This role offers the chance to join early, work closely with Product and Design, and have genuine influence over the technical direction of new platforms.
You’ll work in a modern, cloud-first engineering environment with a strong focus on quality, scalability and clean development practices.
The role
You’ll be responsible for building and improving scalable web applications using React, TypeScript and Next.js.
You’ll work closely with Product, Design and other engineers, helping shape both the technical solution and the customer experience.
The team follows modern engineering practices across testing, TDD, observability, monitoring and DevOps. You’ll have plenty of scope to contribute ideas and take ownership of technical decisions.
What we’re looking for
- Strong commercial React and TypeScript experience
- Solid Next.js experience
- Experience building customer-facing web applications
- Experience working with Product and Design teams
- Understanding of cloud and DevOps environments
